Rosie Rayner-Law

Rosie is responsible for rolling out sustainable food practices to all of CH&CO's brands, from state primary schools to Buckingham Palace. This ranges from educating chefs on low-carbon menus, to working with procurement to engage suppliers in sustainable behaviour to recording and reporting on food waste. Her work focuses on translating strategy to action.
