Having spent 20 years in the hotel industry working for some of the largest brands in the USA and UK, I moved to rail during the pandemic. I have a back ground in account management in both corporate sales and meetings and events which has given me the agility to move industries. The rail industry is fascinating and one that I have really enjoyed embedding myself in to over the past twelve months. A highlight has definitely been my day on the tracks and announcing the trains as they come in to the station.  The saying goes that once you spend a year in rail you never leave so here I am!  I am passionate about sustainability and environmental causes and am proud to work for an industry that is leading the way and is seen as having a positive impact.
